One of our main programs is our Soldiers of Honor boxing program and boot camps. This program is designed to help other develop a different outlook on life through physical fitness.

The boxing gym is a place for participants to put their skills on display and to test their abilities. How well are they listening, learning and following directions?What are their strengths and weaknesses? That moment when their actions and behavior don't line up to the gyms expectations the participant is challenged and encouraged. It is our goal to address as many teachable moments possible, capitalize on those moments.
